Portfolio

Industry Experience

At the age of 17, I graduated a year ahead of my class and began my career in the Broadcasting Industry with WFRV-TV Local 5 News. I was with the company for a total of four years, starting as a Production Team Member before eventually receiving a promotion to News Producer.

In July of 2024, I accepted a position as News Producer at the top ranking station in our market area and second top ranking station in the state: WBAY-TV Action 2 News.

Wildlife

Experience

In Fall of 2023, I obtained a position as a Zookeeper at the world famous Doc’s Zoo in Bonduel, WI. There, I cared for all kinds of animals — from emu to kangaroos, alligators, macaws and porcupines.

Growing up watching The Crocodile Hunter and Gator Boys, I’ve dreamed of working with alligators and venomous snakes since I was eight years old. Now, in my early twenties, I’m proud to be one of the few who can say they’ve turned that childhood dream into reality.

Certifications

I attended a venomous snake handling course in Kalamazoo, MI in 2023, a one-of-a-kind training program spear-headed by The Rattlesnake Conservancy.

After 16 hours of learning and hands-on experience, I was able to obtain my Level 1 Certificate in Venomous Snake Handling.

In February of 2025, I traveled across the country to Jacksonville, FL and Melrose, FL, receiving my Level 2C Certificate in Venomous Snake Handling in a Captive Setting.

Field Surveys

For two years in a row, I have volunteered for Eastern Massasauga Rattlesnake Field Surveys, spear-headed by The Rattlesnake Conservancy and Southwest Michigan Land Conservancy.

Music

Currently seeking a producer for my first album! In the meantime, you can view some of my recent performances:

Marketing

In May of 2023, I began working as an Executive Assistant at Local Result Marketing in Suamico, WI. Working with businesses all across the United States, I received a crash course in sales and digital marketing.

Skills Acquired:

Marketing and Sales

From booking meetings to attending in-person meetings with clients, this position has allowed me to step out of my shell and learn to take rejection with ease.

Digital Asset Management

Throughout my time in Marketing, I’ve successfully helped more than 50 local businesses with their digital assets. By working with a multitude of clients, I quickly learned the most efficient ways to organize and utilize those assets.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

It’s not what you say, but how you say it that counts. Before this position, I had no idea what SEO meant or how important it was to success, both in my personal and professional life. Now, I’m able to rank higher in search results, garnering more views and opportunities along the way. Like my online presence, I’m also able to apply many of these same skills to other areas of my life and work.

Film & TV

Feature interview conducted with Local Television Anchor Erin Davisson.
